What does executive health optimization cost?

A direct answer, without a number. What you are paying for, what you are not, and how to find out the figure.

Short answer

The cost of a physician-supervised executive health program is driven by three things: diagnostics, physician time, and coaching intensity. Executive Health Edge includes all three in one program, may be payable with HSA or FSA funds depending on your plan, and the figure is given directly on a 45-minute strategy call.

What you are paying for

Four layers. All included.

  • 01

    Diagnostics

Three 75+ biomarker panels over twelve months, each with a written analysis and a biological age analysis. Lab draws are included. This is the single largest hard cost in the program and the reason it cannot be priced like an app subscription.

  • 02

    Devices

A WHOOP band or an Oura ring, your choice, and a Withings body composition scale. Both are provided and shipped, not recommended for you to buy.

  • 03

    Coaching

1:1 with Zac Armstrong, not a junior coach. A custom training plan, a custom nutrition plan, weekly video reviews, a Monday analysis report, a Friday check-in report, and a response to every logged workout the same day. Grocery and supplement planning. Travel and dining strategy.

  • 04

    Physician oversight

Dr. Dubroff reviews the full picture on an ongoing basis. Anything hormonal, pharmaceutical, or lab-dependent is his call. That access is built into the program rather than billed as a separate retainer.

Compared

What the alternatives include, and leave out.

  • Concierge medicine

An annual retainer for faster access to a physician. Bloodwork is usually an annual physical, and there is no training, nutrition, or daily accountability layer. You get a doctor. You do not get a coach.

  • Longevity clinics

Deep diagnostics, often more than you need, and a plan handed to you at the end. Follow-through is on you. Most do not hold you to a weekly standard between visits, and the visits are where the cost sits.

  • Online coaching

A monthly fee for a training and nutrition plan and check-ins, often with a coach you have never met. No bloodwork, no physician, and no way to tell whether the plan is moving the markers that matter.

  • Executive Health Edge

All three layers in one program: 75+ biomarkers at 0, 6, and 12 months, physician oversight, and 1:1 coaching with daily accountability. Bloodwork at month 0, 6, and 12 sets the targets.

Paying for it

HSA and FSA funds, and discounts.

Many clients ask about paying with health savings account or flexible spending account funds. Whether the program qualifies depends on your plan and your own tax situation. We provide itemized invoices, and a Letter of Medical Necessity can be discussed with Dr. Dubroff. Confirm with your plan administrator or tax advisor.

A military and first responder discount is available and is discussed on the strategy call.

How HSA and FSA eligibility works

Related questions

Why is there no price on this page?

Because the investment is set on the call, after we know where you are and what the program needs to include for you. Publishing a single number would either overstate it for some men or understate it for others. Ask on the call and you will get a direct figure.

What drives the cost of an executive health program?

Three things: diagnostics, physician time, and coaching intensity. A 75+ biomarker panel three times a year is a real lab cost. Physician oversight is physician time. 1:1 coaching with daily accountability is a coach's time every day. Programs that cost less are removing one of the three.

Can I pay with HSA or FSA funds?

It depends on your plan and your own tax situation. We provide itemized invoices that separate diagnostics, devices, and coaching, and a Letter of Medical Necessity can be discussed with Dr. Dubroff. Confirm eligibility with your plan administrator or tax advisor. Details are on the HSA and FSA page.

Is there a military or first responder discount?

Yes. A military and first responder discount is available and is discussed on the strategy call. Mention your service when you book.

How is the program billed?

Payment structure and terms are covered on the strategy call and set out in the client agreement before you start.

How does the cost compare to concierge medicine or a longevity clinic?

Concierge medicine buys physician access without coaching. Longevity clinics buy diagnostics without daily follow-through. Executive Health Edge includes diagnostics, physician oversight, and 1:1 coaching in one engagement, so the fair comparison is the combined cost of a concierge retainer plus a coach plus three full panels.
