The team

One methodology. A team selected and trained to run it.

Zac built the program and trained every coach on it. You work with one of them, 1:1, for the whole twelve months. This page is who they are and what each person does for you.

Who does what

  1. An advisor

    The strategy call

Forty-five minutes. Where you are, what the data would tell us, which coach fits you, and whether the program is right. If it is not, you are told so.

  2. Your coach

    Every week, for twelve months

One coach, 1:1, for the whole program. Training plan, nutrition plan, Monday and Friday reports, a response to every logged workout, and the blood analysis review after each panel.

  3. Client success

    From day one

Onboarding, devices, scheduling, and anything that feels off. One person whose job is to be on your side of the table, separate from your coach.

  4. Zac

    Behind every plan

The methodology, the standard, and the training of every coach on the team. Zac coaches a limited number of clients directly; that is a separate tier discussed on the call.

  5. The program physician

    When it matters

Anything hormonal, pharmaceutical, or lab-dependent goes to a physician by written handoff, never to a coach. Most clients never need it; the ones who want to pursue that lane have a physician to do it with.

The standard

Why the coach is not a downgrade.

Every coach at Executive Health Edge was selected by Zac, trained by Zac, and coaches to the same written standard: the same cadence, the same data, the same line between coaching and medicine.

The Monday report, the Friday check-in, the daily response, the one-adjustment rule, the travel variant of every week, the written handoff to the physician. None of that depends on which coach you have. What your coach adds is their own attention to your data every day, which is the part that cannot be scaled and is the reason you get one person, not a team inbox.

The advisor's job on the call is to match you to the right coach. Ask them why they picked who they picked.
