The clinic’s testing covers full-body imaging, advanced cardiac and cancer screening, genetics, and epigenetic age tests. The program draws its panel at month 0, 6, and 12 and adds a provided wearable and scale and a program physician for anything hormonal or pharmaceutical. The clinic tells you what is there. The program changes what you do about it every week. If you can afford both, the clinic’s findings are exactly what a good program builds on.
Depth of diagnostics versus depth of follow-through
Longevity clinics and Executive Health Edge both begin with a large blood panel and both put a physician in the picture. The resemblance ends there.
A longevity clinic is built around diagnostics. A typical engagement compresses a full-body MRI, advanced cardiac imaging or calcium scoring, cancer screening, genetic and epigenetic testing, a large blood panel, and body composition into a few intensive days, followed by a physician-authored plan and periodic follow-up. Pricing is commonly in the five figures a year. What you are buying is the most complete picture of your current state that money can produce.
Executive Health Edge is built around what happens next. A 75+ biomarker panel at month 0, 6, and 12, a WHOOP or Oura and a Withings scale, one dedicated coach for twelve months who responds to every workout and sends a Monday analysis and a Friday check-in, and a program physician behind the coach for anything hormonal, pharmaceutical, or lab-dependent. What you are buying is a year of daily execution against a standard.

What the clinic does better
Finding things. If there is a structural, cardiac, or oncologic finding to be made, imaging and specialist testing will make it and a coaching program will not. That alone justifies the clinic for many men in their 50s and 60s who have deferred it. If a finding sends you to a cardiologist and you come back cleared, the next question is how to train, which is covered in cleared by my cardiologist, now what.
What the program does better
Moving things. The plan a clinic hands you usually says: lose the visceral fat, improve the lipids, raise VO2 max, fix sleep. Those are the program’s four jobs, and they take a year of programmed strength work, Zone 2, protein-anchored nutrition, an alcohol cap, and recovery managed off a wearable. Retesting at month 6 and month 12 shows whether it worked instead of waiting for next year’s clinic visit to find out.
The honest recommendation
If you have never had a comprehensive workup and you are over 50, the clinic first. If you have done the clinic and the plan is sitting in a folder, the program is the missing piece. If you can afford both, the clinic’s findings are the best possible input to your coach’s month 0 plan.
How Executive Health Edge is structured
A 75+ biomarker panel at month 0, 6, and 12 with a written analysis and a biological age analysis after each. WHOOP or Oura and a Withings scale, provided. One dedicated coach for twelve months. A program physician by written handoff. It is not primary care and it does not replace your physical.
This page is coaching information, not medical advice. Questions about medication, hormones, or peptides go to the program physician.
