The failure mode for founders is not laziness; it is treating their own body as the one project with no operating cadence. Executive Health Edge supplies the cadence.
The founder’s problem is a systems problem
You can run a company but you cannot get your own body to comply. That is not a discipline failure. It is the absence of an operating cadence for the one project you never built one for. Every other part of the business has metrics, a weekly review, and someone responsible. Your health has a gym membership and good intentions.
What the system looks like
Inputs. A 75+ biomarker panel at month 0, 6, and 12. A WHOOP band or an Oura ring and a Withings scale, provided, feeding recovery and weight trend daily. Logged sessions and meals.
Cadence. A Monday analysis report and a Friday check-in report, each ending with one adjustment. A response to every logged workout. A message the day you do not log.
Rules. The data adjusts the day, not the plan. Numbers change on triggers (rate of weight change, retest shifts, phase changes, recovery collapse), not on feelings. One change at a time.
Escalation. Anything hormonal, pharmaceutical, or lab-dependent goes to the program physician by written handoff. Coaches coach. Physicians prescribe.
Ownership. One dedicated coach for the whole twelve months, selected and trained by the founder of the program, matched to you by an advisor on the strategy call.
Why one adjustment per week matters more than you think
Founders over-optimize. Three simultaneous changes tell you nothing about which one worked and usually mean none of them lasted. The Friday report names one thing. The retest at month 6 tells you whether the accumulated changes moved the markers.
What it is not
Not a longevity clinic that hands you a plan to run alone. Not a concierge physician with no coaching layer. Not a biohacking stack. The supplement list is short and boring (creatine, protein, vitamin D, omega-3s, magnesium), adjusted by bloodwork, and nothing else gets added because it was on a podcast.
Executive Health Edge
Founded by Zac Armstrong, a retired Naval Commander with 27 years of service as an enlisted Marine, Naval Officer, and F-18 fighter pilot, for high-performing men aged 40 to 65. Fifteen named client recommendations on LinkedIn, including an entrepreneur, an executive vice president at a global services company, and leaders at Caterpillar, Honeywell, and Xylem. It starts with a 45-minute strategy call.
This page is coaching information, not medical advice. Questions about medication, hormones, or peptides go to the program physician.
